Vladyslav Vasiukhno

CEO & Founder · 4 years of experience

Vladyslav Vasiukhno ran an IT business long before he ran a repair crew. From 2010 to 2022 he owned VictoryWow, a private gaming server business, until the war in Ukraine shut it down. In 2022 he moved to the United States and started over in Chicago. He took handyman jobs on his own as an independent contractor, through repair apps and partnerships, one booking at a time. In 2024 he registered HandyBandi LLC, and on May 1, 2026 he offered a partnership to Nick Kuprikov.

Today he's the CEO. Growth and strategy sit with him, and so does quality control on finished jobs. New tools come into the company through him, a habit left over from twelve years of running servers. Nick runs the daily operations, so the two owners split ideas and execution down the middle. Count the 4 technicians on staff and the roughly 15 who come in when bookings pile up, and you get the crew behind 1,500+ repairs in the last 12 months. The About page puts it plainly: he'll argue with anyone when a job isn't right.

He has worked in Chicago homes since 2022, first alone and now with a crew. Together the two owners have served an estimated 4,000 to 5,000 clients. In Illinois, plumbing work belongs to a licensed plumber, so his guides stop where that line starts. The written estimate comes before any tool comes out, and that figure is what the client pays.

On the blog Vladyslav covers the problems that make people call a plumber in the first place. If your bathroom smells like sewage, his guide is the one to open before you call anybody. Homeowners holding a quote use his breakdown of what a plumber costs in Chicago to check it line by line. Landlords keep his rental turnover checklist open between leases. The jobs themselves run through our plumbing services.

The About HandyBandi page has the rest of the team and the warranty terms. The company plan is written there too, Chicago first and the rest of the US after that.
